SPA ETIQUETTE
What you need to know about salon etiquette
NO SMOKING
To ensure a healthy environment for our clients and staff we uphold a no smoking policy.
SCHEDULING
To ensure a convenient appointment, we suggest that you call us 3–4 days
in advance, especially if you prefer evenings or weekends. For our returning
guests, we suggest you pre-book based on your technician's recommendation. Our appointment coordinator will arrange
everything. Walk-ins are welcome, appointments recommended.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
We regret we cannot be held responsible for loss or
damage to your personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep
your valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave
your jewelry at home. We ask that you put on the smock provided to protect your clothing.
SUGGESTIONS
We're always open to your suggestions so we may serve you better.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If you need to return a product for any reason, please bring it back
to us with a receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will issue you a
store credit.
CANCELLATIONS
In order to maintain reasonable prices, we are forced to adhere to a
strict cancellation policy. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of
any spa or nail appointment. Spa packages consisting of 3 or more services
require a 48-hour notice. If a guest cancels after the allotted time, 50% of
the service or treatment will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of
the service or treatment. A credit card or a gift card is needed to reserve
your spa or nail appointment. Services may also be paid for in advance by
cash or check.
CHILDREN
The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients,
children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon, please
keep children with you at all times for their safety. We love children, but in order to ensure
the comfort of all of our guests, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa or salon unless
they have an appointment for salon services.
